Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any event or making online payments through Bihar Event.
Non-Refundable Event Tickets
All event tickets, bookings and registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the payment has been completed successfully.
Online Payment Issues
During online payment through credit card, debit card, UPI or net banking, if the payment gets debited due to internet interruption, server issue or any technical malfunction, users are advised to wait for confirmation before retrying.
Technical or Internet Failure
Bihar Event shall not be responsible for failed acknowledgments, delayed confirmations or incomplete transactions caused by internet downtime, server failure or third-party technical issues.
Payment Confirmation Policy
Bihar Event will not be held responsible until the payment amount is successfully credited into the official bank account of the organization. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the organization’s policies and approval process.
